To achieve this I follow a grounded and technical process born from twenty years of construction experience, ensuring every conceptual move is rooted in buildable reality.

The foundational study of site and soul. This phase begins with a comprehensive site analysis, performing a deep study of the spatial flow, environmental context, and existing topography. By aligning these technical findings with the client’s lifestyle and the architecture’s intent, we establish the core constraints, opportunities, and the strategic roadmap for the outdoor project narrative.
PHASE 2 | CONCEPTUAL
The creative exploration of form and feeling. This is a highly visual experience where we translate site data into a cohesive design direction. We explore the spatial layout, scale, and material palette to ensure the relationship between the architecture and the land is resolved. By defining the mood and color through a focused design lens, we establish a clear and evocative vision for the project’s future.
PHASE 3 | MASTER PLANNING
The technical transition to reality. Black Cabin provides the detailed document package and technical specifications required for your contractor to execute the build with precision.
ADD-ON | 3D VISUALIZATION
An immersion into the potential of the project. Architectural visualizations to communicate the intent of the design before a single stone is laid. This serves as an invaluable visual rehearsal, allowing for a deep understanding of the space and its atmosphere prior to construction.
