We need to clearly understand what were working with.  An in-depth site analysis consists of recording measurements, grades, light, wind, and noise exposure, sight lines, water flow, photographs, and more.  This information allows us to create a digital base plan on which creative ideas are built on. 

Our creative minds are hard at work as we create a conceptual design layout proposing potential outdoor living solutions.  These early ideas are intended to spark conversation and solidify design direction during our 2nd consultation where we present the conceptual layouts supported by beautiful visuals.

Taking direction from the conceptual review along with client feedback, design ideas are refined.  After 1-2 sets of revisions, a landscape masterplan is created providing the client with a full design package with the crucial layers of detail and specifications  required to move into the installation phase. 

Our project proposals include a project review that lists your project objectives along with a detailed price quote that breaks the project down into key areas. If a phased approach makes the most sense financially, we can provide a plan to reach the end vision that you love over a number of phases that make sense.
